Kristiyan is an engineering leader and trainer with over 12 years of experience as a software engineer, IT team manager and trainer. He has worked at top-tier companies such as VMware and led trainings at various IT academies.
He has bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, and Master’s in IT Project Management. Master of Business Administration (miniMBA) from PWC Academy and studied leadership courses at Cornell University. Certified trainer in group-dynamic psycho-training and Scrum Master.
In 2022, Kris co-founded Potential.bg with a mission to drive transformative change in the tech sector. Offering soft, leadership, and anti-stress training and coaching programs services, the goal is to make a meaningful impact and foster progress in the industry.
In addition to the IT work, Kristiyan is also an Anti-stress coach. He built an anti-stress program based on his Tai Chi, Meditation, and Sounder Sleep System practice.
Ludmila is an Trainer and Coach, with more than 10 years of know-how in both IT and people management. She’s been part of notable companies like VMware, Experian, and Skillo.
Starting as a Quality Assurance engineer, she worked her way up to becoming a manager for multiple engineering teams.
Ludmila’s expertise lies in conscious leadership, effective communication, coaching for better business performance and achieving goals, forming strong teams, and improving team dynamics.
Her mission is to help people improve their interpersonal and soft skills, as well as find fulfillment in their careers through self- awareness and personal growth.
